Social Inclusion of Learners - SOIL
Social Inclusion of Learners was and Erasmus+ Project to promote social inclusion in mainstream education, with a focus on disadvantaged learners.
The Project SOIL - Social Inclusion of Learners was a two-year cooperation of six partners in 2017 and 2018. We combined our methodological competences and potential in disseminating inclusive best practices. SOIL qualified over 100 teachers from six EU countries in selected and tested methods for inclusive teaching.
The SOIL team published a SOIL Manual in all partner languages, where the following approaches and examples of good practice are further explained:

The partners of the Erasmus+ project SOIL - Social Inclusion of Learners:
atempo from Graz, Schule im Aufbruch from Germany and RIX Research and Media from the University East London - brought their aproved inclusive teaching and learning approaches to the project and together with the partners from Slovakia CVEK - Centre for Research of Ethnicity and Culture, Romania CCD - Center for Didactics and Teacher Training), Netherlands (Municipality of Maastricht) and inclution.org from Germany we carried out seminars for teachers in Graz, Berlin, Bratislava, Maastricht and London.
